黄油室温软化后,用打蛋器打成羽毛状
将豆渣滤好,挤干水分,不要太湿,称重100g备用
将所有材料放入打好的黄油里面,用手揉匀成团,再慢慢搓成直径4厘米左右的圆柱状
用保鲜膜裹起来,放入冷藏室定型,至少1个小时后才能拿出
用刀切成8mm厚的片,放在烤盘里铺好的油纸上
预热烤箱,180度,25分钟。
