黄油打软,筛入糖粉先用橡皮刮刀拌合,再用打蛋器打发
加入蓝莓果酱搅打均匀
筛入低粉用橡皮刮刀拌匀
再加入切碎的酸莓丁拌合,用手抓成面团
将面团整形成圆柱形
用锡纸(或是油纸,保鲜膜)包住,冷藏至硬
取出后表面裹上一层白砂糖,切成0.5CM宽的片状,放入烤盘中,烤箱预热180度,中上层烤15分钟即可
