核桃取出桃仁,入微波炉中火约1分半钟。放凉后用擀面杖压成碎粒

筛入低粉后搅拌成团
面团放入冰箱冷藏一个小时
冷藏后的面团擀压成片,铺上核桃碎,最好压实一点
卷成卷,用保鲜膜放入一个模具中定型。再放入冷冻室冷冻成型
用刀切成厚0.5厘米厚片。铺入烤盘
倒数第二层180度共10分钟,上下火,关火后闷几分钟取出放凉。最后密封装盘
