鸡蛋一只磕入碗内打散倒入搅拌均匀
先把去红皮熟花生米放入加保鲜袋辗成小颗粒的花生米,然后再把花生酱和熟花生碎放入刚才的物料里拌匀
倒入低筋面粉搅拌均匀,成为面团,用手把面团整成小正方形用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷冻至硬(约需要1个小时,是冷冻不是冷藏哦)
冻硬的小正方形面团用刀切成厚约0.5CM左右的片。切好后放入烤盘
放进预热好的烤箱烤焙,165度,中下层,约20分钟,至表面微金黄色。即可
