将用完的厨房纸巾中间的纸筒剪开两半,将(3)放入其中一半的纸筒内,整理好,扣上另一半,拿橡皮筋绑好后放入冰箱冷冻2个小时左右定型
冻好的饼干糊从纸巾桶中取出,去除保鲜膜,用锋利的刀切成厚度约8毫米左右的片,圆片四周蘸一圈粗砂糖后摆入不沾烤盘内
烤箱200度预热,中层15分钟至饼干外圈上色即可
