紫薯蒸熟压成泥 不用太细腻 有颗粒更有趣味
淡奶油和牛奶搅拌均匀 紫薯泥倒入混合好的面粉内后倒入奶油和牛奶的混合体搓捏成一个面团 (粗糙的感觉最好了 不要太光滑)
面团擀开后用模具压出形状 压好后每一个刷上一层蛋黄液
烤箱预热180度 中层烤28分钟即可
