加入25ML鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀
倒入切碎的蓝莓干。(不要切太碎)
倒入低筋面粉搅拌均匀,成为面团,用手把面团整成长条形用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷冻至硬(约需要1个小时,是冷冻不是冷藏哦)
冻硬的长方形面团用刀切成厚约0.7CM的片
切好后放入烤盘,165度,中下层,约20分钟,至表面微金黄色
