揉成团(揉好的面团的状态应该是略微偏干,不过分湿润,也不会因为干燥而散开),入冰箱松弛一小时(将面团用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏室)
分成小团,揉成球状
每个小球用手掌压成饼干状(按扁的时候,饼干会出现自然的裂纹)
烤箱150度.15分钟,边缘稍微焦黄即可
