黄油室温软化,切成小块,微波炉里热10-20秒
加入砂糖,搅拌均匀
加入蛋黄,再次搅拌均匀
筛入低粉,加入果干(这次我用的蔓越莓干)合成一个面团
将面团分成12等份,揉成小球,按扁之后放在铺了油纸的烤盘里
烤箱预热10分钟,170度上下火15分钟即可
