干酵母用温水化开,活面
面发后(其实,不用发得很大,体积变为1.5倍就足够了)擀一张大饼,用指头在饼上按些小坑
把番茄切碎,拌上1/3的马苏里拉cheese,加入少许黑胡椒,罗勒粉,洋葱粉,盐,然后连汁带肉地铺在饼上(绝对粗制啊!)这步要加cheese,主要是为了加强酱和饼之间的粘合
把bacon铺满饼,撒上豌豆,玉米之类喜欢的蔬菜,再在最上面铺满cheese
烤箱预热180C,20min(主要是烤到饼熟,馅比面容易熟)
