平底锅(电饭锅也行)放入全麦吐司烤干水分
鸡蛋加入盐、鸡粉打散,将二分之一蛋液倒在吐司表面
肉丸切半,正反交替放在吐司蛋液之上,继续烤
青菜切碎撒在3上,倒上剩下的蛋液,撒上黑胡椒粉,浇上些橄榄油,烤至蛋液凝结即可
