披萨胚用叉子叉出一排排气孔
西红柿切丁,放炒锅内加适量盐炒成西红柿酱
洋葱切丝,放入炒锅干煸出水分,辣椒切成圆圈,奶酪用擦丝器擦成丝,火腿切成2厘米的片,待用。
披萨胚表面刷一层橄榄油,依次放入番茄酱,洋葱,火腿,奶酪,辣椒,最上面撒上细香葱
烤箱预热220度,中层30分钟。
出炉后趁热吃。
