粉类,糖 盐 酵母水混合搅拌 混合搅拌至面团光滑
加入黄油继续搅拌 搅拌至黄油与面团完全融合 表面光滑
面团覆保鲜膜放温水处发酵至两倍左右大小后过好放冰箱冷藏数小时(最好冷藏一晚 面团的口感会较松软)
