面粉、泡打粉、奶粉、盐混合加适量温水揉成面团,再加橄榄油揉至面团光滑,盖上保鲜膜,醒发30分钟
火腿肠切片,鲜虾仁加适量的盐、油、胡椒粉拌匀腌一下,马苏里拉奶酪刨成丝备用
发好的面团分成两份,擀成圆形的薄片,尽量擀得薄一点,这样饼底才脆
放入已抹油或铺了锡纸的烤盘上,用叉子在饼皮上扎一些小孔
饼底分别抹匀披萨酱,撒1/3奶酪丝,均匀铺上火腿肠、青瓜丁、青豆和鲜虾仁,把剩余的奶酪均匀铺在上面
烤箱180度预热,中层烤大约15分钟至奶酪表面金黄即可
