将淡奶油、牛奶和炼奶、白糖放在小锅里,用小火加热,边加热边搅拌,至白糖溶化离火,放凉

把低粉过筛,加入(1)中,加入蛋黄,拌匀,然后用筛子将制成的蛋挞水过滤

蛋挞皮放烤盘上,然后把过滤好的蛋挞水倒入

烤箱预热5分钟,220度放倒数第二层,15分钟即可

蛋挞出炉后,切点时令水果放上面即可食用。(我放了黄桃、石榴和猕猴桃,猕猴桃太酸,我少放了一点)
