淡奶油加白砂糖打发至6成发后加入3中搅拌均匀
在模具底部铺上事先烤好的蛋糕片,倒入做好幕斯馅,用刮刀刮平整,并在木板上震几下,使幕斯馅平坦。5、放入冰箱冷藏2小时以上直至凝固
取出用热毛巾捂热或是电吹风在模具边沿吹一两分钟即可脱模
