把软化的吉利丁片用微波炉叮成液态
把吉利丁液体趁热倒入步骤2中搅拌好的混合物中,所有材料搅拌均匀
倒入模具中冷藏凝固
红糖和水入锅煮沸腾调小火煮到喜欢的浓稠度后出锅,放凉入冰箱冷藏
吃的时候去处模具倒扣出慕斯,浇上红糖浆即可享用
