黄油用手拌成泥,就是很糊糊的状态

最后筛入面粉,拌成团,不要搓揉出筋
然后冷藏1小时左右,取出擀薄,放在派盘上整形,用叉子戳些洞
烤箱170度,压上一些重物,像豆子啊、米之类的,隔着油纸放在派皮上,避免派皮鼓起
烤制表面基本熟就可以了
