派皮原料:面粉180克、鸡蛋2只、橄榄油20克、糖20克、盐2克;派馅原料:牛奶50克、樱桃300克、糖粉10克
面粉装进派盘、逐个打进鸡蛋,加橄榄油、糖拌匀,用勺子把面糊贴着盘子抹匀
码进樱桃
把剩余的樱桃打成汁,加牛奶倒在派盘里。烤箱预热210度,上下火先烤10分钟,转190度再烤10分钟
表面筛上糖粉,就可以了
