黄油隔热水融化,加入细砂糖搅拌均匀,加入低筋面粉拌匀成疙瘩状

把所有原料装入保鲜袋中,用手捏紧实,捏成球状,包好,把保鲜袋打结,放入冰箱冷藏室冷藏2小时冰成硬面团

取出冰好的酥粒面团,用刨刀刨成细末状即可
