全蛋打发(最好用电动打蛋器打到鸡蛋发白)
用橡皮刮刀将干湿材料大幅度搅拌至无干粉即可(不要过分搅拌)
将蛋糕面糊倒入高温纸杯中,多半杯即可
微波炉高火3分钟(每家微波炉的瓦数不同,瓦数越高时间就相对缩短些,一回生二回熟)
