低筋面粉170克、黄油100克、鸡蛋1个、细砂糖50克、香蕉泥170克、牛奶30ML,泡打粉(一点点)
黄油软化后加入细砂糖打发至颜色发白体积膨胀
鸡蛋液分三次加入打发好的黄油中,一定要等鸡蛋液与黄油融合后再第二次加鸡蛋液
将香蕉压成香蕉泥倒入打发好的黄油中搅拌均匀
倒入30ML牛奶
将低粉和泡打粉混合后筛入5中
切拌成均匀面糊
将面糊倒入纸杯中,七八分满即可
烤箱预热180度,上下管,40分钟左右,蛋糕表面鼓起来,颜色金黄即可
