烤箱170度预热。将面粉、泡打粉混合均匀备用
将蛋打入一盆内,倒入糖、色拉油,用打蛋器划圈搅拌均匀,呈乳化状。加入酸奶、君度酒再以划圈方式搅拌均匀
将所有粉类筛进盆里,再加进椰子丝,用橡皮刮刀轻轻拌匀
将面糊倒入模具内至七八分满,表面撒些杏仁片,入烤箱170度烤25分钟即可
