黄油室温软化后,放入干净的大碗中,分三次加入细砂糖打发。然后倒入打散的蛋液,打至膨发(大概3倍左右)。倒入酸奶和柠檬汁,继续搅打均匀
分三次倒入面粉,从下往上翻着搅拌均匀后,可以加入喜欢的蜜豆等(我加了一点巧克力碎),搅拌好后,倒入纸杯,7-8分满即可
烤箱预热200度,将烤盘放入上数第二层,150度,45分钟,不需倒扣
