椰蓉加入过筛的面粉,加入椰奶拌匀
鸡蛋放在无水无油的容器中分三次加入白糖,充分打发
鸡蛋分三次加入面粉糊,每次切拌均匀后再往里加
面粉鸡蛋糊切拌均匀后过筛,装入模具,表面撒上葡萄干
放入烤箱,140度约25分钟。(以自己烤箱为准)烤至表面金黄
