香蕉去皮后放进保鲜袋里,用擀面棍压成泥
鸡蛋打散,加入调和油、牛奶、红糖,轻轻搅拌均匀
低粉、泡打粉、小苏打、高乐高混合过筛后备用
把香蕉泥倒入第2步的混合物里,搅拌均匀,成为香蕉糊
把混合好的粉类倒入香蕉糊里
用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,注意不要翻拌时间过长,只要粉类全部湿润即可,还有糙粒也不用去管
装入纸杯,六、七成满即可,立即放入预热好的烤箱烘培
烤箱中层,上下火170度,烤25分钟左右出炉
