黄油打发~分3次加入鸡蛋液~搅拌均匀~
面粉、泡打粉过筛~ 加入打发的黄油中~搅拌均匀~
至少静置1小时在冰箱中~~~ 不过想要比较完美~还是放置冰箱中一个晚上为宜~~~~
烤箱预热200°~~~~~
把面糊取出拌入蓝莓~~~放在事先准备好的纸杯中~
8分满就好了~~~~送进烤箱200度~20分钟左右就可以了~~~~
吃之前可以在上门放打发的奶油~也可以加双份的奶油(double cream)也可以直接吃~~~~
