烤箱预热200度 (180度fan- forced),准备好12洞的muffin pan
用电动打蛋器打黄油,皮,糖,蛋液,过筛的面粉和牛奶,直到混合均匀即可; 将速度提至中速,打到混合物颜色变了,放入poppy seed;将面糊分别放入烤盘洞洞里
入炉烤20分钟,用牙签测试是否烤熟,如果熟了取出烤盘,让muffin 留在盘里几分钟再放到晾凉架子上晾凉
用刮刀刮橙皮,表层不要有白色部分;如有在用刀刮掉;切出细丝来;给muffin 撒些糖粉装饰,再放上橙皮细丝
