加入盐、奶粉、细砂糖、牛奶,揉至扩展阶段
加入色拉油揉至光滑,剪去茶袋加入红茶末揉成面团
用保鲜膜包住,发酵至2倍大,约45分钟(手指插进去,抽回来指孔不回缩)
发酵好的面团分成2份滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟(也叫中间发酵)
搓成长条,擀开,由上往下卷起来,收口朝下(擀卷两次)
放入吐司盒,盖上盖子,发酵至9分满
刷上蛋液,盖上盖子
预热烤箱180度,中层上下管50分钟左右,温热脱模
