后油法将面团揉成具有延展性面团
将面团放入容器盖上保鲜膜,进行基本发酵至面团2倍大
将面团取出滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛约15分钟,整形成长,宽约22cm的正方形
翻面后均匀铺上肉松,用手压平,放一张海苔轻轻卷成圆柱体。盖上保鲜膜进行最后发酵约50分钟
刷上均匀蛋液,放入已经预热的烤箱,中层上下火180度烘烤越25分钟
