白豆沙、糖、清水倒入锅中炒至水分收干
加入玫瑰酱、麦芽糖混合继续炒
待水分炒干时熄火,筛入红曲粉,利用余温混合均匀
可加入1-2滴玫瑰香精提香,放一旁晾凉备用
将鸭蛋黄浸入料酒中,腌一会
入烤箱150度烤8分钟左右,取出晾凉备用
