把芋头刷洗干净。戴上一次性手套把芋头表皮刨去,切成滚刀块。玫瑰腐乳用勺子压碎,葱洗净切成葱花
锅中放油烧热,倒入芋头用中火不断翻炒至芋头边缘有些焦黄
倒入压碎的玫瑰腐乳和腐乳汁,炒匀
滴入几滴老抽
倒入一小碗水,水量基本和芋头齐平
盖上盖子用中小火焖煮10分钟左右,至芋头酥烂
开盖收汁,撒上葱花出锅
