准备原料
黑巧克力50克+黄油50克,隔热水融化
加入红糖搅拌均匀
加入1个鸡蛋搅拌均匀
加入豆渣,继续搅拌(豆渣就是做一次豆浆剩下的量)
加入过筛的可可粉
筛入小苏打,面粉,泡打粉
搅拌均后,装入容器中,上面撒一层核桃仁
入烤箱,180度,25分钟左右,晾凉后即可食用
