将面粉、泡打粉、糖及盐混合,黄油切碎待软化后加入,充分搓揉成沙子状
鸡蛋打散,一半倒入鲜奶中搅拌均匀,另一半留起备用(用以刷面团用)
将鸡蛋和牛奶倒入黄油面粉中,揉成面团,用保鲜纸包裹醒20分钟
将面团擀成2CM厚的面片,用模具压成一个个圆形面片,刷上蛋液
烤箱预热180度,烤20分钟至表面金黄
食用时趁热,配以各式果酱或奶油,佐英式红茶一杯即可
