葡萄干用水浸泡,用刀切小一点(因做出来的饼干比较小)
核桃仁用刀切碎
橄榄油、红糖混合(也可用小火加热,使红糖溶化更加均匀)
加入燕麦、核桃碎、葡萄干
让燕麦均匀湿润(如果太干,可加入一点水)
取一小团燕麦,用力捏紧,并捏成小圆饼形
烤箱预热160度,18至20分钟(我的烤箱小,火力猛,最后5分钟加盖了锡纸)
