材料1里的南乳压碎,和其它材料一起拌匀,炒香白芝麻
筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,拌匀后加入白芝麻继续搅拌至匀质,入冰箱冷藏一个小时备用
烤盘里铺烘焙纸(不沾烤盘可以省略这一步),舀入冷藏好的面团,用手按压使其摊开成2mm厚度的薄片状,切成方块,注意每块之间留一点距离,烤后饼干会膨胀
150度烤至上色金黄,取出晾凉即可
