室温融化的黄油和奶油奶酪放入细砂糖搅打至融化
加入蛋黄继续搅打均匀
搅打至没有小颗粒,细滑最好
倒入已经过筛的面粉
用刮刀拌匀
揉成面团后用保鲜膜包好放冰箱冷藏一小时
拿出后,隔着保鲜膜将面团擀成稍厚的片,然后用模具压出喜欢的造型
放入已经预热的烤箱中层,180度,10—12分钟,观察饼干颜色稍有变化即可
