黄油室温软化,加糖粉打发
分次加入蛋液,每一次都要搅拌均匀后在加入下一次
搅拌好的黄油混合物,加入2滴香草精华
筛入低粉、高粉、奶粉,搅拌均匀,所有粉类湿润即可,不要过度搅拌,以免出筋
揉成面团,擀成约3mm厚的面皮,用模具压出造型
把压好的饼干摆放在铺锡纸(油纸)的烤盘上
放进预热好的烤箱,175度中层10分钟,表面变黄即可
