分两次加入全蛋液继续打发,筛入低粉和奶粉的混合物(若是抹茶味的提前把面粉抹茶粉奶粉混合,若是可可味的提前把面粉可可粉奶粉混合),用刮刀以不规则的方式拌匀即可
把拌好的面糊舀入装好裱花头的布裱花袋中,挤出自己想要的曲奇形状即可
烤箱预热190度,中层上下火10分钟,转150度5分钟。熄火后可以继续焖10分钟
