樱桃拿出用厨房纸巾吸干多余水分,用剪刀剪成小丁备用。(用刀切得话会很烂)
黄油室温软化后,加入红糖,打成羽毛状
加入鲜奶油搅拌均匀
粉类过筛和樱桃浸泡液分2次加入黄油里,搅拌均匀
加入樱桃碎拌匀。面糊放入裱花袋,挤在烤盘上,手沾水按扁整形。(手沾水可以防粘)
烤箱上下火,180°15-20分钟左右。隔夜才好吃。(如果没有熟的话,适当延长时间)
