蛋黄打散,牛奶+糖煮到糖融化,慢慢加入蛋黄液里,边倒入边搅拌
搅拌好的蛋黄牛奶液倒回锅里,小火加热,不停搅拌,煮到稍浓稠
放凉后加入鲜奶油,拌匀放入冰箱冷冻
大约4个小时后稍成型,加入饼干碎搅拌均匀,继续冷冻成型即可
