软化黄油+糖粉稍微打发,取40克出来,加上2勺抹茶粉,调匀成抹茶糖霜备用
分次加入蛋白进剩下的黄油糊里,用打蛋器打发均匀
将所有粉类(包括1勺抹茶粉)筛进黄油蛋白糊里拌匀成面糊
将面糊装进挤花袋里挤出所需要的形状
将抹茶糖霜也装入小纸袋,挤在各种形状的面糊上
预热烤箱170度,中层,烤20分钟即可
