打发黄油和细糖,一点点加入打散的鸡蛋打匀,再一点点加淡奶油打匀;
筛入混合好的粉类,搅拌均匀,让混合物成团即可,不要过度揉搓;
将面团慢慢铺平在烤模中(我用的是6寸的脱底菊花派盘),表面均匀涂上一层自制的红醋栗果酱;
烤箱预热180度,烤30分钟;
凉后用新鲜的树莓、红醋栗、薄荷、开心果碎粒等做装饰。
