黄油加白糖,果珍,混入蛋黄
筛入面粉,和以上材料搅拌,用手搓成面包屑状
使劲搓,黄油和糖融化后成团状,放入白葡萄酒
面团分成均匀小团,压成小饼,用刀轻轻的压出纹路
烤箱180度10分钟
去出来后刷蛋白在表面,接着烤箱190度5分钟(中层偏上)
