先用电动打蛋器将牛油和糖粉打发(有点带白色)
分次加酥油和水,不开机,手动搅均匀
再加中筋粉,搅均匀
然后放到工作台上(下垫硬胶垫)撒高筋粉拍至不粘手(大约8到10次)
用擀棍擀至0.3MM厚用模型印
入烤箱180°C10′
