番匣洗净,表面切十字
锅里烧开水,放入番茄煮至表皮开花
捞出番茄待手能触碰的温度剥皮表皮
去皮的番茄切小块备用
将洋葱切碎蒜头切末
锅中倒入橄榄油,烧热后放入蒜末大火炒香再加入洋葱碎炒软
倒入番茄块翻炒几下后加入糖炒匀
盖上锅盖转中小火煮20分钟左右,中途不时用勺子翻炒,至粘稠状
最后放入盐,黑胡椒粉,罗勒草,披萨草炒匀即可
