处理将饰用配料,火腿肠切片,芝士剪开
火腿肠和虾仁稍加炒制
平底锅中放少许油,倒入鸡蛋液,将捞出的面条平铺在鸡蛋液上,用小火烙
轻轻将面饼压平,倒入另外一个鸡蛋
5分钟后翻面
装饰饼面,先刷番茄酱,再铺奶酪和食材,这一步如需较长时间,请离火操作
再加盖用小火烙个5分钟左右,可以就差不多了,此时两面饼底酥脆焦香,内里浓香,一定要趁热吃
