番茄可剝皮或不剝皮,切粒,用料理機絞碎成番茄泥備用
蒜頭剁成一粒粒,燒紅平底鍋,放入黃油、車打芝士后把蒜頭放進去爆炒出香味
倒入番茄泥並且待其出比較多的水時候倒入適量的番茄醬還有一點兒紅酒
待慢慢收汁的時候加入鹽、糖還有胡椒粉調味
最後放綜合香草還有歐芹去裏面收火就可以了
