平底锅烧热放少许油,放1/3的面糊,摊平约3-5毫米,盖盖烤1分钟
将1/3的韭菜、熟鸡蛋、虾皮与少量的盐、味精混合拌匀倒在玉米饼上,压一压盖盖小火烙2-3分钟,下面饼底金黄,上面韭菜变软即可出锅。剩下的面糊与菜照此操作
