生抽,糖,鹽,醋,料酒,水澱粉拌勻
大蔥切成短圓柱
油燒熱,煸香大蔥和辣椒,花椒,八角,大蒜
下雞丁迅速翻炒
兩分鐘後將調好的汁拌入再翻炒一分鐘加入短圓柱的大蔥盛出
pizza餅底撒一層芝士,然後將雞丁鋪上,再撒上花生米,最後在撒芝士
烤箱250度預熱,烤10分鐘即可
